Post this we send your swab samples to our lab in Germany for HLA (human leukocyte antigen) typing. Once your HLA typings are complete, which takes around 8-12 weeks, we list you anonymously on the worldwide database. Post this you will receive a welcome email from our end.

No stamps are required to return the kit. The envelope comes with a sticker tab, please remove the sheet and seal the envelope before returning it to us.

However, you will be updated about the condition of the recipient and the treatment status. 2 years after a successful transplant, you may receive the opportunity to meet your recipient, upon mutual consent.

I think it's dry so shouldn't cause any problem.
Yes. Once the swabs are air-dried, then they can be put inside the swab envelope.

What is the right time to collect the swab
You can collect at any time. Please ensure you do not have any food particles left in your mouth while swabbing.
