Why do philly got a new accent? In the 80s 90s early 2000s. It was diff. Philly accent today sound likethe suburb small cities outside philly. Phiily sound like norristown. Chester. Coatesville. The real Philly never stressed the r in words. Whatever. Soundes like. Whadeva and not this new weird accent whadeverrr. Listener to how oschino pronounce words thats the real philly. Now these philly dudes talk like suburb hood.
