I was in Cardiff few years back on work and met a taxi driver whose parents migrated from Punjab to UK in 1960s and he was born in UK. He told me that he visited India and found that India made no progress since independence. It could have been better had India remained under Goras. It was 5:30 AM and I had to catch an international flight. So, kept my cool, remained completely silent and didn't tip him.
