At 4:37 when Neville cuts Nagini's head off with the sword of Gryffindor, it made me so proud. He's come such a long way from when he was first introduced in book/movie 1. He's really grown a lot and it makes me happy that I got to see that growth, whether be in the books or movies. :)

I had the chance to read the books as they came out at about the same age as the trio, so it was especially powerful.
I remember my first "shock" moment in the books, when Dumbledore casually explains the fate of Neville's parents to Harry and ask him if ever wondered why he was living with his grand-mother?
And Harry realizes that he never did and that hit both him and me at the same time.
That was a powerful moment, and him cutting Nagani's head off with the sword of Gryffindor made me happy for the guy.
Damn that was a good series of books to grow up reading (and watching, the movies have their flaws but I still enjoyed every single one at the theater), now I'm 29 and feel like a re-read, been 5 years at least.
Great video, choice of scenes, characters, that was pretty badass.

Romisssek I agree. Dumbledore acts like a great person but he about destroyed Harry, and while Snape was a pretty bad person, he never lied to Harry, and helped him win in the end.

Neville's Speach was amazing he inspired the protectors of Hogwarts to keep fighting and to continue the struggle to take back Hogwarts R.I.P to all thoes who died protecting Hogwarts.
I felt so bad when Snape died and I saw his memory. All these years I hated Snape because of how he treated Harry...Only to feel really bad when I saw he had sacrificed soo much just to protect him. R.I.P. Professor Severus Snape. You will forever be missed and honored for your sacrifice in helping bring the downfall of Voldemort.

I know but imagine when he dies lily is aggravated at him for how he treated Harry all those years and that brightens me up for some reason.

I come back from time to time. Was a decade younger. Definitely unsure about life and what I wanted back then. Naive in many ways. Grew up with Harry and friends. Dreamed everyday of receiving a letter. Now a decade on, and I understand many of the pains and sorrows that plagued them. Not happier. No friends. Superficial life. Such is adulthood sometimes. Mediocrity with nothing to show but the nostalgic pangs for an easier time. Hogwarts really will always be there to welcome you home. Weary soul and all. Hogwarts will be there.
Listening to all the sad song for Harry Potter means that you remember all the people the Death Eaters killed off with a flick of the finger that you've known since Year 1

As a young teen, this is one of the first memories I have of music making me feel real emotion. I was reminded of this video for the first time in 5 years earlier today, and as a singer/songwriter, I still love this dearly.
No matter how many different videos I watch with this song it still gives me chills! I grew up with Harry Potter and I was so sad when it ended but I'm glad people still love Harry Potter and it will always be there to welcome us home.

Mike Otaku I first heard about it when I watched a video showing Top 10 fan theories....if I remember correctly, it also showed that Jk said it was one of her absolute favorite fan theories because it fits... And really, it does make sense. So I am glad that she has confirmed it! :D

I watch this video almost daily. Not only because its absolutely amazing but its one of my favorite songs and its like my daily dose of inspiration for the Harry Potter fan fiction that I'm working on. Aside from that, each character used fits each of the parts.
