You can buy any 10 of a brand any size but it needs to be on the same purchase so it’ll be all 10 items on the invoice
It doesn’t even have to match any item on Amazon as long as it’s the brand you wanna sell you’re good

Those fees don't affect shipping, the market will adjust too, fees go up this time of year every year & the customers end up paying for it

If you're outside the US you'll want a US LLC to set as your biz address, will save you a lot of headaches
