Loving the doggo🦮 at 5:10! 😂😂
top notch presentation.
Thanks Keith, hope you and Lady Jane are both safe and sound 👍
And what a fine sight they made! Lovely collection Steve.
Thanks Bob , must admit they thunder through the station especially going North 👍
That was great! When I were a lad, I went to Castle Street School in Kendal. Some years later - 1965 - my parents were waiting for a new house they had bought in Staveley to be completed. Our family spent several great months in a rented portion of Oxenholme House; so of course my and my brother spent ages at the station and other areas of the track. I'll always remember them getting on all the speed they could going through there, to attack the gradient up to Penrith. Glorious days, when you're ten.
A cracking compilation.
Excellent compilation Steve, the locos really do seem to be in full cry as they go through Oxenholme and Penrith. Well done 🤓
Thanks Anthony, must say with Oxenholme the crew are going as fast as possible so they get a good run at the climb to Grayrigg 👍
Very Nice Steve
Absolutely fabulous video . It made my toes curl . Many thanks for sharing .
Thanks Allan, I remember the first time I watched 71000 hammering North through the station with the chime whistle blowing so that made me start to video tours 👍
Great journey, made my day and lifted my spirits
A great compilation looks great spots for catching them thunder through, excellent
Thanks Robert , must say they charge through especially heading North as they try and get a good run at the climb 👍
Good collection Steve. Oxenholme is certainly a great spot to watch trains
Thanks Austin, not much of a better sight or sound of steam hammering North 👍
Great compilation Steve, with some stunning performances from the locos at the start of that climb.
Thanks Bob, do like Oxenholme just for the effort and sounds from the locos 👍
Nice compilation
Thanks Colin, pleased you enjoyed the video 👍
A great compilation, Steve. Specially enjoyed the second clip - in the snow. Seeing that guy put up his hood made me chuckle!
Thanks Alan, about a minute earlier a lady was dragging her son up the underpass ramp on the concrete making a right racket but thankfully they had gone just as the tour arrived 👍
Nice video stay safe mate
Thanks for the kind comment and hope you are safe 👍

Excellent video Steve. They fly through that station. Great selection of locos. Kind regards C&A
Thanks C&A, must say there’s not much of a better sight or sound than a steam locomotive at full tilt going North .
Missing getting wet, cold or burnt to catch shots of these icons flying along the mainline. Great videos
Thanks Brian, yes it’s difficult at the moment but hopefully things should get better soon 🤞
Brilliant once again Stephen, love the snow shot and the last of Lizzie.👍
Thanks David, it was fun getting to the station in the car for the snow shot mind 😂
