Nice video dude. We need more people doing this for new players. If we want a long andhealthyy competitive pop instead of all this gatekeep and toxic stuff we need more of this.
being a sandbox game, someone could do this kind of tutoring in-game. I know guilds have training sessions, but the classic master swordsman who has a school and takes on students is totally feasible.
heres one you might want to include, parries will give you stam back so if youre out of stam and have a player or npc on you, start to parry and itll give you the stam you need to run
Might want to add that it's important to use the shift-key, or your sprint key in tandem with the binds if they're neutral, and you want to use them while running. IE, I put my potion on two commands; 8 and Shift+8 (which are macro'd to my mouse instead of actually 8)
An extra from the sit and climb on horse back : it work for auto grabbing ressources (like steppe nettles) or tame if you press rest just a the same time the circle start (for tame or grab) you don't need to stay on the buttons
Brother I have you 2 options to bridge the gap since they nerfed the shit out of spamming with a tower shield and heavy armor. Use op pets and be a mage that is all
let them know if youre a paladin and wanna regen mana fast u can rest without armor on and while resting dont move put your back on and u will still regen mana fast, tell them to use the enviorment while potting such as jumping. show people the difference in stam consumption when running in combat and out of combat, warn players to be careful with bows while running or jumping stam will drain super fast.
Great great video. I'm starting as a new player and I was wondering those type of QoL. Anyway, I would ask you a suggestion pls: As my first build I would play a solo Thursar/Tindremic, but with Ritualism for have a necropet as a companion in dungeons etc... Do you thing this combo could be good? Because I don't wanna waste 300/400 points in the classic domination/taming focused skills and I heard that for a good necropet you need to take out of your current build only the 100points on ritualism and nothing more.. so I was wandering if it was a cool idea without moving too much points away from a classic foot fighter Thursar. As an expert, do you have suggestions? Thank you!
I am not a build expert by any means, but ThurTind might be meta with the masteries. I would get akh bond for sure with necromancy, and if you have the IRL time to deal with pets ritualism is great. I would not suggest live pets on a foot fighter at all. You should be able to fit everything important on a footfighter and still have ritualism. You will need 200 points for 100 necro and 100 ritualism, but it is worth it. It will be a lot of work solo, though.
@@Aearon1 thank you very much 😁💯💯 it seem great. Are the 100pts in Necromancy obligatory for reach high Ritualism/Necropet? Or are those uncorrelated skills and you are suggesting Necro mainly for the Akh Bond buff? Thank you!
(my main reason for looking for a "solo" build is that I have yet to start playing and currently I don't know anyone hahah but obviously I would like to find a guild as soon as I understand the basics 😁) Have a great day 🙌
@@ElderSwampI believe ritualism is a secondary of necromancy so it is required to have X necromancy for X ritualism. You want the pet to be as high as level as possible so you need 100 ritualism for a 125 pet. I would join a guild to learn the basics! You will have a much better time having people to ask. Lots of knowledge is just word of mouth.
@@Aearon1 aaaah understood. 😁👍👍 So it will be harder to do round this build up hahah But yes, at least I could Akh Bond my undead bear hahah. Very cool playstyle. Thank you very much Aaron, have a great day man.
I do, I do drag and click mouse movements like 99% of the time and I have feint on my mouse thumb button. I've heard a lot of people use space for feint since their thumb rests there, but it's personal preference. I do keybinds when I need to override movements that could mess up my swing. So if im spinning to the right and want to swing from the opposite direction im spinning I use a keybind.
Oh? Good to know. Does it still need to be on CTRL+ to quick eat from combat mode? Like double clicking the bind to put weapon away or did they fix that.
I feel like this while helpful is overall useless to a new player that has bad ping unfortunately the gap between them and even a half decent player he could be wearing steel and lose to a guy with a starter sword
Very good and awesome video. Just the resolution might not be the best xD but the video and content awesome man. Thanks for making that
not EVERYBODY needs 4k you german sitzenpinkler xD
@@Kratuga #true xD
@@Kratuga it's more about the aspect ratio than the resolution itself... basically it's about the tip at 6:40

I wish this stuff existed and I didn’t have to take over a year to learn little things that people knew already and wouldn’t share it.
@@Aearon1 ya I dont get the gatekeep shit. If you want good fights dont gatekeep all this stuff and help people.

Good shit dude. A lot of newer players coming lately, I'll be sure to link them this video.

I had no idea.. parrying is just blocking the attacks right?

This is very helpful as someone coming from mo1 the mechanics are so different thanks m8.
Thanks for the video. It really help me to understand some tips. I am a beginner and it's not easy to perform in this game.

thank god someone is making content, i got the game like 4 days ago and got clapped in like 3 sec the other day to someone doing the spin accel shit

Very fucking awesome video. Thanks for putting this out there
More of these brother. Also a settings video, giving reasons why a thing over the other etc.
Cool beans. Thank you for video
What do you think about using block as feint with right mouse click? What are the advantages of making feint separated button?
stam usage, you do not want to use that setting. It can cause some mechanical issues later on.

Those are all good! I completely forgot about taking armor off and hitting rest and putting it back on! Thank you for all these.

You no longer need to put food on a ctrl bind, it can be on any key without ctrl modifer. Nice vid for the new people tho!
