for your hanging clothes you could put a tension rod above your washer and dryer...I had my son do that..I use it all the time
I have been watching you for a while and these cleaning videos have put me into action, I'm disabled and have alot of healt issues so when I accomplish a little bit it's a great day for me. Ii cleaned my fridge wow so much expired stuff, my pantry area same thing, medicine cabinet yikes slowly but surely I'm getting it done enjoy watching you daily.

I am loving this series of decluttering! I am slowly making my way thru my kitchen, finished the top cupboards and most of my drawers last evening. 2 drawers left and the bottom cupboards. You could get a laundry rack that pulls down so you can reach to hangs things but retracts to be up and out of the way.
😂We store our extra TP, kleenex, and paper towels above in our laundry closet. Lots of space, and seldom used, but easy enough access when needed. Right above washer and dryer we have a laundry bar and above that was a ton of wasted space, so we built the shelves and put our extra paper products to free up spacec for heavier items that we used more often down lower😂.
The cabinets above your washer and dryer you can store your paper towels, toilet paper
I do love the areas for storage you have eventually you will make it all work for your family.
We're on vacation, and watching you actually makes me want to get home and get started. Got all my decorations put away b4 we left, so that feels good. But it's so funny you turned ur desk around. My son ALWAYS said you never sit with ur back to a door. He turned his LR into a library and has his desk his Papaw left him in the middle of the room with bookshelves behind him. Very he-man bachelor. Anyway, loving the videos. Love from TN!
Amy, I have cabinets over my washer and dryer and I store all my extras like paper towels, toilet paper ect. I got from Amazon a drying rack that is a wall mounted space saver. It closes up when not using it. (Ithywat Retractable clothes drying rack) if like 19.97 I love it. At Walmart they have some battery operated candles with timer and that would look good in your lanterns on the wall. They are great to set the and everyday mine come on right before it gets dark. Never walking into a dark house. Just a suggestion. Have a good weekend!
Regarding laundry room storage, we use a higher shelf to hang clothes from, to dry and store extra paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, etc.

overflow cleaning supplies or paper products in the laundry room. It’s where I keep old towels used for cleaning. Could even use it for extra toiletries
Next time you go to home depot or Lowes get a cord cover for your cords coming out of your computer they work great
If you don't use that tiny sink you could remove the faucet and maybe put a cutting bord or something over that sink and use it for more counter top storage. Just an idea.
Hi Amy, I would store in the laundry room extra supplies like soaps, body wash, shampoo, or paper products like tp or paper towels, or you could do extra cold meds ...anything you have extra of that you don't need to grab right away is what I would put there....also extra laundry supplies....:-)...Debbie
In my laundry cabinet I store the Hair Cutting Kit, Shoe Shine items, Moving Men, Light Bulbs, and cans,Ike Static Guard, carpet cleaners, Pledge, Windex, Lysol Spray, etc. you could make that room where your desk is YOUR AMY ROOM and a bed for Maxine.
Cleaners, batteries, light bulbs, parts and accessories for your steam mop and vacuums. Those are the things I would store in those cabinets. Maybe excess cleaning cloths too.

Put the air mattresses and anything else for guests when they visit above the laundry
For the laundry I'd do a hanging shelf for your basket and as you said I'd have a rod/clothesline so that you can hang clothes whenever you need to air dry something instead of the over the door hanger
Over the laundry machines can be used for storage of your paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).

@amymaryon I keep all my laundry products all my cleaning supplies and my hand towels pot holders and kitchen scrubbers bc I have no cabinet space in my kitchen.
Amy I seen a RUclips short that made me think about you it was literally tracks that go on the ceiling of your garage and it holds those black and yellow totes from Home Depot or from Costco and they just slide right into the racks and I'm here to tell you don't worry about the heat in your garage affecting your Christmas ornaments unless they're made of wax because I lived in Florida south Florida and stored them there all of my life they'll be just fine and I know that's a future thing but just an idea maybe you can find it❤😂😂 oh Lord now I had to edit this comment after hearing you talk about the lizards and whatnot you can truly tell that you are a northerner those lizards are harmless😂😂😅
😂 I lived with bears and recluse spiders and snakes..but those lizards lol

If I had a cabinet above the washer and dryer, I'd probably put light bulbs, tissues, paper towels and T paper (it's also a half bath).
I keep extra light bulbs above my drier.
I think you could put pool towels and bathroom stuff in your can cupboard
I don't usually stock up on can goods like I use too. BUT these are trying times we are in and can goods will last when your not able to go to have access to the supermarket... great video as always
I personally keep my extras above my washer and dryer like paper towels , cleaning products etc.

You could store rags, cloths, old towels, extra soap, detergent beads, fabric softener, iron, spot remover, rubber gloves
I have a white coated wire type shelf with bar attached underneath shelf in laundry room above washer and tub sink.(dryer is on opposite wall) I hang everything there that would otherwise shrink in dryer 😀
Good morning. A suggestion is that you could put air mattresses over your dryer. Out of the way, but still have them. Also, Madelyn is getting so tall. I guess I would put the beach towels or stuff for pool above laundry? where you have those t-shirts hanging, is that a bathrooom or what? If its an empty room, turn it into your laundry room and turn laundry room now into something to put your vacuum and mops etc.

Maybe move your cabinet that you just cleaned out on the other side of your desk so it faces the door, it would give you more room behind where you sit and also help hide the cords

My daughter just texted me they are moving to Parrish, Manatee County, Florida! They lived in Lakeland then Winter Park. She said they wanted to move to Sarasota County because it was suppose to be more conservative! I am not sure why the switch from Sarasota county to Manatee. They homeschool with 3 kids who grow up too fast for grandma!

I must have missed the moving of the cabinet from the butler's pantry? to the indent in the wall by the kitchen area. The picture above the cabinet was perfect. I would install pull down hanging closet rods above the washer and dryer. That way you could hang dry clothes that don't go in the dryer. I have something similar over my washer and dryer and stuff dries pretty quickly.

Lizards aren’t a huge problem. Honestly, fruit rats are a bigger issue if you have fruit trees. They find a way in the attic or garage and ruin everything they find. They’re hard to get rid of too. I never give lizards a second thought, except that they eat mosquitoes and roaches. Lizards and snakes are the good guys.

Amy there is another channel that is making awful videos about your family. She is saying greg in living in a half way house and other aweful things.
I have found people say whatever they want regardless if it is true or not. Maybe deep down the Holy Spirit convicts them but instead of listening they push him away and thus create the videos they do. I hope they can be content with themselves and find some peace with God and in turn find their purpose and be able to share that light with others .Maybe it will be thru filming their own original content to share with others . Either way ..my videos are prayed over so the Holy Spirit is with her everyday she watches ❤️ and if God can do a miracle through my channel ...I am happy to be part of it.
