Thank god you didn't make one of your clickbait "look at this OP hero" titles because this hero is absolute trash.
He has no escape, which makes him a juicy target. His ult takes forever to charge, which makes it very easy to dodge.
His skills have an unimpressive range, which makes positioning extra hard.
He has no dmg until late game, so he's a complete liability until he gets 4-5 items.
Even then, he's still dogwater because if you wanna be useful, you gotta take risks and get closer but that will often lead to easy deaths. Imo, he's one of the weakest mages/heroes in the game and arguably the weakest mage out there.
As a mage mainer, I couldn't help but rant because of how underwhelming he turned out to be. Mlbb mages are a lot stronger than in this game.
