Shannon! Imagine seeing your instructional video while surfing Bernini software videos. Great job! I actually think I can conquer this now after your excellent instructions. Video instruction is every bit as good as your in person instructions

I didn't get V7, so I am coming from Bernina 6 and what a learning curve, I have set myself up for. Thanks for any help you can give on your videos. Thanks you so very much.

Hi Nicci. When you do decide to purchase V8, see if your dealer has a Bernina software club. I have the pleasure of being an educator at Steves Sew and Vac in King of Prussia, Pa. Several of our customers have asked me to post videos so I will make an effort to do this as time permits. Best of luck with V8, it is a great program!

I've really enjoyed your videos. Right now I'm just playing and learning the demo version but I'm pretty excited about the features. Thank you.

Thank you for your compliment. This is my first attempt at making a video for RUclips. I've learned so much from others on RUclips over the years. It is great to be able to give a little back.

Hi Shannon, I'm new to digitizing, V8 is my first attempt. My computer is also new and V8 newly installed. I'm trying to follow along with your video and I find my files aren't even close to being in the same location as your lesson. Is this something that I can fix myself or do I need to find a V8 group? Unfortunately I did not purchase software from local dealership so I'm not sure how much support they would be willing to give. DO you teach at King of Prussia, PA? It's a bit of a drive for me but would be greatly appreciated if you do teach individualized classes..thanks

I preferred the image it worked out before you altered the contrast etc. The pink nose went muted to brownish and all the colours changed to similar

Just wondering if you are using Windows 10. I updated from V7 to V8 and am trying to following along with this video. I do not have a folder called Public Pictures. The only option for pictures I have is the ones I have downloaded from my email/camera. I'm wondering if this is something to do with Windows 10 or is it a problem with the V8 installation.

Linda....I just purchased a Bernina 765 and was studying the software. Can't believe it costs so much. Anyway, was reading your post and your comment to "public" pictures. All computers have a "public" folder; however, unless you're very knowledgeable on how to get around in the background of the "computer" world, you just need to find your "pictures" folder that resides internally on your computer. I'm on my IPAD or I would give you thorough details....you can click on your "my computer" folder and then click on your "c" drive and you should find it there....I always store my data files/pics on an external drive so that it doesn't take up a lot of my computer memory, but then I am a photographer so I have thousands of photos....good luck!
