All doors with low headroom (double horizontal tracks) are 'hanging' ~100 mm below lintel. If used with retractable electric motor - 'hanging' is only 20 mm.
My products will convert a single track 12 or 15" curve radius track into a low headroom install of 152 mm including the draw bar type opener, plus clear the door opening

I would say get some sawhorses, get an impact driver, simply put the bottom section in the opening and center it there and slap a level on it , identify high and low side, fasten track on high side and shim low side to match , adjust track accordingly and stack panel after panel very easily.
