If I want bbq sauce with my ribs, can I pour some right at the beginning and put them in the oven? Or do I put it at the end and stick the pan under the broiler? Thx
Hi Sandrine, You can absolutely do both but will get more caramelization if you put them under the broiler. It is just a personal preference on what you like better. Thank You.
PS Big fan! You do a fabulous job - I have been watching your classes for almost a year and a half. We installed a full Wolf SubZero Cove kitchen remodel mainly because of all your wonderful presentations. My kitchen was completed about a year ago but I am still learning and trying to venture out. I love the steam oven - just not as comfortable yet as to best utilize it in deciding whether to use it or M Series oven.
I love your videos. You’re a great chef and great teacher
