    Is there any side effect of bloating??

      Usually with bloating it’s a discomfort (from too much gas or water in your colon), could experience pain and your abdomen area could be physically bigger. But it’s not dangerous. It also depends on how many you would have as each person’s tolerance is different. For example you could have 1 bar and it’s fine but 2 could cause those issues. The best way is to try one and see.

    thoughts on Quest Bars?

      They’re definitely apart of the group of protein bars that contain isolated ingredients intended to provide protein, fibre, flavour etc. and that’s it, which is not the worst but other bars would likely have more whole ingredients that would provide more nutritional value. The Simply Protein bar is the most similar to these types of bars in the examples I give and I do like it and recommend it, but I don’t eat it everyday for that reason.
