Your baking reminded me of what goes on in a professional bakery. I have to shop those baking tins with lids so I can share my baked goods. It’s amazing how well you handled the entire process alone. Your twist to the bake was the many spices which all enhance the flavour of the coconut. I only add cinnamon n nutmeg to my dough.
