When my mind is full or when I feel very tired, I usually watch ASMR videos about head massages. This interestingly manages to relax and make my mind more rested and refreshed. And I've been treating it this way for years. For this reason, I enjoy posting such videos on my own channel. Because I feel like I can help people who have the same problem as me. And it makes me a much happier and more peaceful person. Hope it works for you too!
