And lets not even forget those wonderful patriotic stitches! Thanks for sharing the Isabella White sampler from Ole Willow Stitchery's. I went right over to Country Sampler and ordered a kit. My maiden name is White so it's almost a requirement, as a sampler stitcher, that I have her too.

I think you're ok with Laura Standish since she's masterpiece level. 😉 I love her but she requires dedication .
Hi Beth, we had some snow in the air sometime in the last week (can't remember which day) and it sure was pretty. Didn't say around, but it was pretty floating in the air for a few hours. :) Loara certainly is a sampler that requires some thought, but she sure is beautiful. I know I will be working on her for some time to come and really love how she looks. A masterpiece that we are so lucky to be able to reproduce. I'm in awe whenever I work on her. :)

Core and Janet S. Hanson. Hardcover, 500+ images. A bit pricey at $65, but maybe a library or museum will have copy if you are interested in looking at it. Like you need a lot more starts, right?? Answer: why not??!!
