City of Winter Springs | 9/11 Memorial Ceremony September 11, 2023

On Monday, September 11, 2023, Mayor Kevin McCann, Chief Matt Tracht, and Commissioners Matt Benton, Victoria Colangelo, Cade Resnick, Ted Johnson, and Deputy Mayor Rob Elliot were on hand as The City of Winter Springs hosted a 22-year remembrance ceremony and wreath laying at the Winter Springs Police Department in honor of the victims and brave first responders who lost their lives that day.
The City of Winter Springs vows never to forget the 2,977 lives lost in New York City, Washington, D.C., and outside of Shanksville, Pennsylvania, in the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States.
