Amanda, just wanted to say that people in pre-industrial Europe and other places would usually sleep in two "shifts" with a 1-2 hour break between shifts, and this might be more natural for our circadian rhythms, so you don't need to feel pressured to go with the solid 7-9 hours of sleep! Of course if you think it's making you more tired you can do that but there's also an alternative
This is my favorite part of a new month! I love getting the chance to restart and be intentional about future plans and this series is the best way to do it 💛
This reminded me to just have fun. At first my brain was like "but tulips around here are spring time," but do I need strict rules in my journal? No! This turned out so pretty and reminded me of picnics, vintage floral dishes, airy summer days. Congratulations on being a keynote speaker, too! Take care of yourself!

Once when I was in the office, I bought myself a bouquet for my desk on my lunch break. When I got back to the office with it, the sales team were all chatting in a little huddle, and as I came in with my bouquet they applauded. I quickly clarified that I'd just bought them for myself, and one of them responded "Self love! Even better!", and they applauded a second time. I ordered your A&O collab. acrylograph set and they actually arrived earlier today (for real), and I love them already, even pre swatching. I can already tell I'm going to get lots of use out of them. After so many years of buying stationery at problematic levels, I've become a bit wary of sets because there's only ever a couple that you're going to use regularly and a whole lot more that will gather dust, but all the shades in your collection are lovely and just what I want. On a related note, my plaid washis are among my most used. You would nail it. Do it.
You made such a huge disservice to everyone who wanted to try a bujo and watched your videos and thought that this is the way to do it. I could only imagine that these was millions of people who gave up on bullet journalling because of your videos
I was literally awaiting for it and it came , I took a break from journaling , and was resuming from this month and I also ordered a new notebook for the same. Am literally so excited to recreate it and enjoy this super amazing video . I literally adore you Amanda you're the best 💜

Listening to you talk about your sleep schedule, have you thought about looking into biphasic/polyphasic sleep, where you purposefully split your sleep into two or more segments. There’s debates about it’s health benefits but it was the way a lot of people slept in the past. Maybe nothing, but if you’re interested you could look into it… also super cute theme :)

It's been half year for me ever since I started bullet journaling and I was inspired by one of the my friends. She watches your videos and this year I decided I had to do it. My parents kinda *kinda* stopped me because I am in 7 grade so it will effect my studies but I already had the craze to. Then when I started it I was awful at it but after about 2 months I knew how to do it but than some people started to make fun of me that I don't have these skills to do it so I decided I can probably create my own. So from than on I am creating these spreads using my own mind😂. Even though I don't recreate your spreads I love your videos. Keep making and we will support you Amanda. Lots of love from Pakistan,♥️

Tulips are my favorite flower... I don't do themes really... I just pick a washi or 2 and a color scheme .. tho for July I used a font generator and printed out my headers in the black widow font... thanks Amanda 😊 eventho I don't do themes this is my second time watching this bc it's so calming.

Yes! Tulips are in April/May where I live and I can't fathom it for July. Im just pretending they are sunflowers.
