- This is from the closing party of Amnesia, Ibiza -- 3rd of October '89. Not much to say really other than it's one of the best things I've seen for summing up what it was like. The club still looks truly amazing and Alfredo is the DJ (of course). Check our website testpressing.org for more balearic beats.
Truly an experience of epic proportions. A night and morning in utter bliss and joy. Sonically, visually and chemically perfect. Dancing in the morning sun I have to say was one of the happiest feelings I have ever felt.
Fleetingly captured at 2.01 dancing.
Tingling with excitement of the memories as I watch it back.
I was there in 89 and clearly remember dancing under the sky next to the fountain.
Turned 18 in Ibiza that year although not at the club great memories went with my old pal Alastair from primary school.....Rip pal
great to see myself and friends again after all this time, can still remember the night!
I climbed over the wall at the Amnesia closing party 1989 at the end of the summer . So I didn’t have to pay because I had been there all Summer . One of the barmen saw me climbing over the wall to get in , & threw a bottle at me hitting me on the lower back ouch it hurt . But it was mainly only my pride that was hurt after a while , for being a cheap skate . But needs must as they say - What a time to be alive “ Heaven on earth” & some , thanx GOD😍🌈😍🌈😍🌈😍🌈😍
We used to climb over the wall at space when I lived there in '95 '96 and '97...😂😂😂😂

I was there the same year in August. Amnesia was the capital of the ecstasy and the love
kurfield I missed the lot! Too young, just a little ‘un then. I have youngsters today saying they would love to have seen Oasis at Wembley like I did, but to have been at Amnesia in the 2nd summer of love...
This was the period where the dance, trance and house tunes were just starting to take hold with mass popularity increasing during the early 90s. Interesting to see how everyone dresses far more reserved and sensible back then!
