It was offically release in 99 but it was on mixtapes in 97. I remember all of those songs having shoutouts thoughout his music.
I had this in 97. MP3 downloaded from a website I can no longer remember. Used to have a bunch of unreleased mp3s before they came out different on the cds. Old school internet. The songs on the cds still don't sound right.
There was a bunch of makaveli mix tapes that came out right after he died. Finally got one on cd in 98 which cost a grip. Now it's all free on RUclips
I wish Pac and the outlawz, had the opportunity to make more music like this when he was alive. Great storytelling.
