I see the issue. The model was brought up behind the lion and the lion was unaware of her presence. The lion was calm until it realized that she was behind it. Its reaction was basically a "the best defense is a great offence."

Tiger's running top speed is only 65kmph whereas a lion is of 80 kmph and lions can not run for that long so they accelerate very quickly. A tiger is built slightly different and has more beefy hind legs. Always responds to an attack taking a step back on those big legs and standing up raising both his front limbs to attack as well as being in defense his body language makes people think he is more agile whereas it's the lion that has quicker reflexes but a lion isn't that good with turning around quick or stuff that would require taking his whole body weight on rear legs so he relies on throwing his entire body weight on his attacks with his front limbs

Judging only by this short clip, it appears to me that this lion is bothered by her close proximity and confident posture. I believe lion to perceive this as a direct challenge to his dominance, especially when she made the finger pointing towards him. That action on her her part, pointing as if she was holding an invisible gun to the lion set off the trigger that caused him to launch into this attack. I didn't want to see her hurt or the lion.
