Even if he is genuine, the way of helping isn’t correct at all, almost each every concern raised by officer is correct. Normal people don’t know about the medical rules and regulations, doctors must take care of such things. The way he is keeping medicine, it may chemically react anf may cause after some time. U will find rules strict and the opposite way helpful but rules and regulations are used for safety.!

I'm not saying what you did is bad but their is a one side called right/idealistic approach and other is called REALITY. It is easy to give orders sitting from high places. I'm not saying that the doctor was right in doing so but he was definitely right when he said that poor people can't afford proper good quality medicines. I've seen myself with a relative of mine when come to their clinic with Rs5 or Rs 10 to buy medicines for problems whose treatment costs much more but the point is they can't afford tonics, or can't read which medicine to give to their children at what time if a proper prescription is given. No doubt you are doing the right thing but the reality has created the need for such methods to bloom. You should have first atleast spent a day at the hospital and should have seen the type of people that come to such hospitals. You are an IAS officer so you probably don't know much about how majority of the poor population lives in our country. Rather than just giving right and ideal order you should first see the reality of such places and why they are doing so. And if someone is trying to help poor people then I think it is a good thing rather than you saying "ki aap masiha bn jayein greebon ke" this was something you said to wriggle your way out when you had no answer to his explanation when he said that people don't have money to afford a complete bottle of medicine. And for your so called sarkari hospitals are there to help poor people, go and see the level of corruption their, the very reason people go to such private hospitals. No doubt selling medicines the way he was doing is wrong but you should also have addressed the very question "jin logon ke pass paisa nhi hai woh kya krenge ?" (why am I asking this coz someone I know had to close down their clinic because they were going in losses by selling medicines much lower than the cost price of medicines, and being a local person in a small area you can't force the people you have known or seen your whole life to buy those costly medicines or ignore them.)
bro, I will tell u a simple experience my father has worked in the fatal tunnel project or Rohtang tunnel project in Manali at a very high post from 2012-2016 when we were going to Leh I had an unfortunate accident and my nose suffered a heavy injury and required stitches we went to a government hospital in Keylong and believe me they Did not charge a single penny from me for 17 stitches that I got and their cleanliness was on next level and believe me Indian mountain states have better and free servicing government hospitals and I was not alone at that hospitals there were many operations going on free of cost with best doctors I hope you get the point

And yes crushing tablets is not a good thing hence I did say that the guy was not right, but for tonics such things could be useful. But the problem isn't one sided only, and I did say again n again in my first comment that the doctor didn't do right thing but whta I said was that sometimes situations of poor people give rise to such things. I dont know about you but i have myself seen poor people come to a doctor Rs 5 or Rs 10 in total both as fee for doctor and medicine. If you were in such a person's place what would you do ?? Turn that person away ?? And what if that person is known to you from your childhood because you live in a small town, still turn them away ??

सर आप अपनी जगह सही हो और as a सिविल सर्वेंट आप अपने कार्य को सही अंजाम दे रहे हैं ...पर बात यह कि आज प्राइवेट डॉक्टर की फीस 500 से 1500 तक है क्या 300 रुपये कमाने वाला मजदूर इतनी फीस अफ़्फोर्ड कर सकता है?? और रही बात सरकारी हॉस्पिटल्स की..तो उनकी स्थिति कितनी गम्भीर है यह किसी से छिपा नही है ...आज 70% जनता ऐसे ही डॉक्टरों की लपेट में हैं गरीब जनता आलतू फालतू फ़र्ज़ी दवाइयां ख़ाकर मर रही है ..आज MBBS MD/MS के लिए करोड़ रुपये की फीस लगती है ऐसे में या तो एक्स्ट्रा ब्रिलिएंट लोग या फिर अमीरों की औलादे ही डक्टर बन पा रही हैं . सरकार को MBBS की सीटें सरकारी कॉलज में बढ़ानी चहिये औए फीस भी SUBSIDIES किया जाए ताकि गरीब का बच्चा भी डॉक्टरी की पढ़ाई कर पाए और कम फीस में MBBS करने के बदले सरकार 3 से 5 साल का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट करवा कर उनसे पार्ट टाइम फ्री में इलाज करना कंपल्सरी कर सकती है ...

He has crushed the tablets before hand and the patient has no clue what is the content of the powdered medicine now consider this; god forbid if an infant reacts severely to some of that medicine how will the other hospital know what was given to that child and how will the doctor counter the medicine's reaction?

Even if he is genuine, the way of helping isn’t correct at all, almost each every concern raised by officer is correct. Normal people don’t know about the medical rules and regulations, doctors must take care of such things. The way he is keeping medicine, it may chemically react anf may cause after some time. U will find rules strict and the opposite way helpful but rules and regulations are used for safety.!

I'm not saying what you did is bad but their is a one side called right/idealistic approach and other is called REALITY. It is easy to give orders sitting from high places. I'm not saying that the doctor was right in doing so but he was definitely right when he said that poor people can't afford proper good quality medicines. I've seen myself with a relative of mine when come to their clinic with Rs5 or Rs 10 to buy medicines for problems whose treatment costs much more but the point is they can't afford tonics, or can't read which medicine to give to their children at what time if a proper prescription is given.
No doubt you are doing the right thing but the reality has created the need for such methods to bloom. You should have first atleast spent a day at the hospital and should have seen the type of people that come to such hospitals. You are an IAS officer so you probably don't know much about how majority of the poor population lives in our country.
Rather than just giving right and ideal order you should first see the reality of such places and why they are doing so.
And if someone is trying to help poor people then I think it is a good thing rather than you saying "ki aap masiha bn jayein greebon ke" this was something you said to wriggle your way out when you had no answer to his explanation when he said that people don't have money to afford a complete bottle of medicine.
And for your so called sarkari hospitals are there to help poor people, go and see the level of corruption their, the very reason people go to such private hospitals.
No doubt selling medicines the way he was doing is wrong but you should also have addressed the very question "jin logon ke pass paisa nhi hai woh kya krenge ?" (why am I asking this coz someone I know had to close down their clinic because they were going in losses by selling medicines much lower than the cost price of medicines, and being a local person in a small area you can't force the people you have known or seen your whole life to buy those costly medicines or ignore them.)

bro, I will tell u a simple experience my father has worked in the fatal tunnel project or Rohtang tunnel project in Manali at a very high post from 2012-2016 when we were going to Leh I had an unfortunate accident and my nose suffered a heavy injury and required stitches we went to a government hospital in Keylong and believe me they Did not charge a single penny from me for 17 stitches that I got and their cleanliness was on next level and believe me Indian mountain states have better and free servicing government hospitals and I was not alone at that hospitals there were many operations going on free of cost with best doctors I hope you get the point

And yes crushing tablets is not a good thing hence I did say that the guy was not right, but for tonics such things could be useful. But the problem isn't one sided only, and I did say again n again in my first comment that the doctor didn't do right thing but whta I said was that sometimes situations of poor people give rise to such things. I dont know about you but i have myself seen poor people come to a doctor Rs 5 or Rs 10 in total both as fee for doctor and medicine. If you were in such a person's place what would you do ?? Turn that person away ?? And what if that person is known to you from your childhood because you live in a small town, still turn them away ??

सर आप अपनी जगह सही हो और as a सिविल सर्वेंट आप अपने कार्य को सही अंजाम दे रहे हैं ...पर बात यह कि आज प्राइवेट डॉक्टर की फीस 500 से 1500 तक है क्या 300 रुपये कमाने वाला मजदूर इतनी फीस अफ़्फोर्ड कर सकता है?? और रही बात सरकारी हॉस्पिटल्स की..तो उनकी स्थिति कितनी गम्भीर है यह किसी से छिपा नही है ...आज 70% जनता ऐसे ही डॉक्टरों की लपेट में हैं गरीब जनता आलतू फालतू फ़र्ज़ी दवाइयां ख़ाकर मर रही है ..आज MBBS MD/MS के लिए करोड़ रुपये की फीस लगती है ऐसे में या तो एक्स्ट्रा ब्रिलिएंट लोग या फिर अमीरों की औलादे ही डक्टर बन पा रही हैं . सरकार को MBBS की सीटें सरकारी कॉलज में बढ़ानी चहिये औए फीस भी SUBSIDIES किया जाए ताकि गरीब का बच्चा भी डॉक्टरी की पढ़ाई कर पाए और कम फीस में MBBS करने के बदले सरकार 3 से 5 साल का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट करवा कर उनसे पार्ट टाइम फ्री में इलाज करना कंपल्सरी कर सकती है ...
