- We had another downpour...what is going on this summer? We went to a new (for us) drive-in to see a movie for date night. We did some chores that really made us question not moving...LOL! And apparently I was being "chippy"...have you ever heard of that?

Don't be hard on yourself for doing Chase's laundry...it's just a Motherly thing to do, and remember he is a guy, and guy's know how to be messy. When I first moved out, my Mother would actually come over to my place to do my laundry! haha I can tell it's bothering you for Chase to move out. Just remember...“Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul there is no such thing as separation.”
That’s a great saying! It will be hard when chase moves out and who knows maybe he will come home to do his laundry and we will get to visit the once a month he has laundry day lol!

Wow that was a lot of rain. Our monsoon season has been light again. I miss the old drive in speakers. Lol.😊. I have to keep track of my husband's clothes. But, at least his socks match. Unlike my son.😂

I recall you showing rain like this at least once in the past. I've seen rain like this probably close to once a year when I lived in Erie County PA.
We don't have any rain for most of the year. So when we do -people stop whatever they are doing and go look at it through windows!

I love the drive in! We used to go every summer but now it’s been probably three or four years since we’ve gone. There aren’t that many around anymore. The one we go to is an hour away
Those movie theaters prices was insane 7 dollars for some tenders?? 4 dollars for fries?!

It’s been like this too in IL! Crazy weather! Literally the past two days we had severe storms, earthquake, derecho, tornados! This summer is crazy, it’s cold and not dry for July!
So crazy!
carpel tunnel is the worst! I had it during 2 of my 3 pregnancies. It always got me at night....like would bring me to tears. Those wrist splints really helped! At least all that rain is making everything so green and lush! I'm up in western canada and its so hot and dry. Nobody has green grass anymore.
