I totally agree that used books is the best category to get started in! Mistakes will be cheap and you'll get to learn the business model, such as how to read keepa charts, ship items to the warehouse, etc.

I always felt like it’s just too much work, which takes away from what I love about reselling. I also kind of stopped buying on Amazon because the prices are usually higher, and shipping speeds are similar to other retail chains. Like the fisherman to the businessman haha. Yeah I hear ya. Amazon is all business, but you could be doing $30K a month on amazon far easier than on eBay. Usually good amazon sellers are doing in 30 days what good eBay sellers are doing in 90

Hi, how scalable is online arbitrage model? Are there any cons to it as compared to the fba wholesale model? Thanks for the wonderful content you are making. 👌
Yes it's very scalable, using third party prep centers, and VA sourcers/buyers you can really ramp up your output There's always pros and cons to everything but the main con would be that you have to constantly look for new products vs re ordering them like wholesale. That being said, the profits are usually much higher and it's faster to get started. It's also a much less sellable business model
Hi reezy! I noticed you said you use keepa for your product analysis. Do you use jungle scout at all? Do you think keepa is the better choice of the two?
That's not apples to apples. Keepa is for price and sales/volume history and general use for anything. It can do some searching that's similar to JS, but JS is more for private label research
My friend I been watching your video and I appreciate all the info so helpful but my question so simple. How much you was having money when you start selling with Amazon and did you make good profit in 15 years? Thank you
I started with five dollars and used books only and I did that for 10 years straight before I sold anything else. During that time I paid myself an an average of $75K a year and rolled the rest of the money into the business
When I select the Individual item plan at sign-up, Amazon redirects me to the pro subscription signup instead. A while back, I had signed up to do review videos for products on Amazon then decided against that and shut that down. Would that explain what going on with this what's happening now?
Go to sell.amazon.com > hit the hamburger menu upper left > choose pricing > compare selling plans > then hit the option on the right of professional (that's not highlighted) "individual" and click "sign up for individual" - they're really trying to hide it 😬
Hey Reezy, been following you for the last couple months and you’ve changed my life. I just got ungated in Nike, Adidas, and most big shoe brands so i’m starting to go to Marshall’s to buy shoes. However, they sell the shoes without the box lids. Where would i be able to find the Nike/Adidas/etc lids for cheap?
You won't be able to find authentic shoe boxes unless you're buying from a reseller who sells them without the boxes. Your best bet is white plain shoe boxes from Uline. Also get tissue paper and it will look nice
quick question, I just got my postcard and set up my account officially, Im being told i cant list because credit card info takes 24 hrs. Im excited so not very patient right now lol. Curious if this is typical? Thanks!

I dont want amazon to say a FBA shoe return is sellable then for some reason let's say amazon didnt inspect the return correctly and get a bad customer experience. Hello I have a question. If I post 10 items of a product and sell them all successfully, am I expected to restock the same item? What if I go back to a particular store and the product isn't available? (FBM)
Good morning I am a Amazon Seller and I have an issue. Is it possible you can make a video showing how to fix suppress listings because I cannot figure out how to fix them I have been trying or can you just tell me how to do that? Thank you.
BQOOL is one of the cheaper reactive based ones. If you want super barebones you can use repriceit but it's schedule based so it might not fit your needs (more recommended for book sellers) - One of the better but also more expensive ones is Sellery
Yes, it's kind of the standard. The only time I don't offer free shipping is for particularly large and heavy items. That way if the customer returns the item I don't have to refund the shipping fee which if it's built into the price, it automatically gets refunded when you refund a purchase.
I'm not making profit on used books due to all of the fees. Used books don't qualify for small and light. I'm not sure how to scale if I can't avoid the fees
Unfortunately, with all the fees including the restock limits and long-term storage fees, selling books has become some thing that's going to need to be about 75% merchant fulfilled

Thank you so much for all of the content you put out. I really appreciate the tips and strategies. We've been selling Fba for a little less than a year and are figuring it out thanks to you and other resellers. One thing will ask is on the subject of selling toys, a few times we have received the child safety certificate request from Amazon. Not knowing how to get one we have just had the items removed and deleted the listing. Is there a better way to know if a certain toy will require this certificate, and how do you deal with this situation? Thanks again!
You can request it from the manufacturer. Lego for example supplies them on its website, but not all companies will make it easy for you as they're not required to provide them to consumers but all toys that are imported are required to have them, and if you're a retailer or distributor, they're required to supply them to you. So you can also get a legit wholesale account w a company that carries that product and place an order and get it that way, or you might get lucky w a FOIA request through the CPSC
