    The arrangement of this entire building was designed from the heart and soul of someone that had the idea of convenient luxury living in a modern urban area.

      That's Tuscan tile, a terra cotta style, each square is about $60, one of the most expensive types of flooring outside wood.

    If you're not going to have red knobs on your Wolf ovens or ranges you might as well have bought Meile or Blue Star. Why would anyone want chrome or black knobs on a Wolf? It makes no sense.

      That's for stuff. People have stuff and need space to fill with it. Hoarders have perfected the art of filling space lots and lots of useless stuff.
