Don't know if anyone said this yet but I'll give a little more info on this. This will be kinda long. Every 5 drills you complete (fail or medal) gives a +1 in hustle or stamina. Each individual drill only counts for this once per practice session no matter your attemps. The Gatorade reflex drill and FT golf and Dribble drills don't seem to count for this. All other workout drills count. This includes sprints, box jumps, bench press, agility ladder, vertical jump, squats, and clean weight lifts. Sometimes sprint and bench press aren't accessible. Let's say you have all 7 available to you on your first practice. Do any 5 of the 7 drills to get your +1. Any remaining drills you complete in the same practice counts toward your next +1 and carries over into the next practice. With this, it's possible to get two +1's for hustle or stamina in one practice. Best case scenario is four +1's in three consecutive sessions if all 7 drills are available. This is separate from possible upgrades from doing or skipping team drills such as 1-on-1's and drills from the coach. You get +1 in Shot IQ, Draw fouls, Hands and Intangibles. The attribute upgrade you get is random for all drills except Gatorade, FT Golf, and Dribble drills; which gives Reaction Time, FT, and Offensive Consistency respectively. if ur rlly dedicated to ur freethrow every team practice just spam freethrows I did like 12 freethrow drills in one team practice and I got like +6 for my freethrow
fireclaw 15404 2K specifically made it where you can't do that so stop lying lol. They don't want anyone spamming. You're not even guaranteed to get a plus one free throw every scheduled practice
You don't have to actually suceed (usually 10 move) in the dril (squat, jump box, bench, weigth) to have your +1. Since I discovered that, I just launch the drill, fail it on the first move, and if the +1 is there, it register. Even shorter time for the practice cession !
gento, great vids! 1 thing is you get the +1 every 5th weight room drill. the 5 count carries over to next practice. so you want to do every exercise once every time. love
I swear the Jordan 12s are probably the most my player used shoe. I wear them for mine and I play for the Kings all the different colors pretty dope. Good shit right here.

You do not, and I repeat, you just have to start the drill, and even if you press random buttons, you will get the attribute boost (it usually takes five gym drills for hustle or stamina, so try to do the shortest). Quit the practice and when it gets to loading screen with the image of buildings and tweets, restart the app and repeat. If you stopped receiving an attribute, your player will most likely have a 99. It takes about three to four mins per cycle, and you dont have to get a single star.
I'm on XB1 so no patch yet, my +1's are not saving on my MyPlayer. You think I should til the patch then start doing this. All the +1's I had gotten so far was temporary maybe, the stats keeps going back to the old one after I play a game.

This is what I do, and its guaranteed +1 every practice and its always the same order. I do these 5 drills always in this order and you only have to get bronze on each drill and i always get +1 on the box jump in the end: 1) Bench Press (do 3 reps than stop doing the drill) or agility ladders if you dont have a teammate 2) Vertical jump (easy to get gold so just get gold on this) 3) Squats (3 reps) 4) Clean lifts (3 reps) 5) Box jumps (3 reps) Just do 3 reps for everything to get bronze and you always get the +1 at the end when you do the box jump. Its a lot faster this way since its always the same order and you always get +1 only having to get bronze on each drill
so im thinking you can only earn certain +1 like hustle reaction time only in gym but draw foul and hands you can only earn in a team drills.... i no longer get one for EVERY practice

is this why my player has become so broken since the patches? thanks because my point forward play maker was the truth until the last 2 weeks. after they took away my doing work meter after I made 95ovr. I promise you I gotten so discouraged because I grinned my ass off for 40+ badges and now my shot is so broken until I quit playing park no matter what shot I use created or custom I'm broken plus my player gasses out so quick and struggles defensively.
the plus ones you get on practice don't stick, it only sticks if you had gotten the patch 1.03, which only came out for the ps4. I'm waiting for them to release it on the pc,but they're taking their sweet ass time man

Is ANYONE EVER going to talk about the VC glitch in practice? After 20+ practices I noticed that the "VC earned" are bugged and don't add up to your VC after you earn them in practice!!!!!!! Same thing to the VC you get from the 2K video questions...

all you have to do is mash the l2 n r2 until it begins n then exit out. every 3 times will give you a plus one

This is what I do, and its guaranteed +1 every practice and its always the same order. I do these 5 drills always in this order and you only have to get bronze on each drill and i always get +1 on the box jump in the end:

You don't have to complete the workout. You can fail the workout and it will still count. This should save yall alot of time
