As someone who watches crime/serial killer shows/movies often, I gotta say that I’m absolutely terrified of absolutely everything & my therapist 100% does not think I should continue to watch them but I am just so intrigued by the way their brain works… the psychology behind it legit blows my mind!!!!
I was on that same boat! I didn’t realize how much it was affecting me until I stepped back😅 I haven’t watched/ listened to any crime show/ documentary/ podcast in over 3 years now too!
It is the opposite for me. I am not scared. I am more aware of my surroundings and take precautions. I also refuse to live in fear. I think that if you are paranoid of everything you attract it.
I met them when I was younger in the set of Bandslam as an extra and Aje was very nice I remember she offer me a peanut butter cup😊 I know random.

I’ve never followed true crime, but I have followed the Moscow, Idaho murders very closely since it happened last year. There are so many nights that I’m scared and can’t sleep because I think about it. But I feel like I need to know the updates and can’t stop reading up on the new info! It’s a bad cycle

As a true crime fan, I feel the more I’m aware of this the less likely it is to happen to me. It doesn’t make me scared. But that’s just my delusions, no logic there. I also used to fall asleep to Dateline and Forensic Files so it could be that I was raised on true crime. It’s always been fascinating to me on why people do the most outrageous things because me personally could never get there. I also have a psych degree so I like analyzing people. It’s a niche for sure.
Nick is afraid of Game of Roses
As someone who watches true crime, it is story telling for me but I have an interest in the psychology of why the person(s) do it. But… it doesn’t scare me just makes me cautious of people behavior. Hope that helps

No. True crime isn't just storytelling. 😂 for me I realize the reality of it. It makes me and reminds me to be way more aware of my surroundings. It makes me know to trust my gut when someone looks like something isn't ok, I know I must do something and say something. Yes, it's scary and insane..but trying to pretend that it can't happen close to home is silly. It's our reality and we all should be present and not get wrapped up in ourselves and our own lives to see what's going on around us.

There are Jails in all Worlds ! When you steal food from a country store in Poland. Get arrested and serve time in jail. All people have good & bad in them. When you live a healthy clean life, bad stuff should not attract you. Where are the ten Commandments ? Mr. Rogers sells drugs in your neighborhood , gangs wear two colors of their flag. School meetings to stop this low class actions. People that come to America , think that we always lived like this. There were small neighborhood grocery stores, and department stores. Join the army from different countries, and get sent overseas. The cleverness never fails, when some people are against other cultures. Why do those people go deeper into other ethnics and your personal belongings. Past history is not erased, neither your blood and flesh. What a family! The supreme being is God the father, the son , and Holy Spirit. Germany was , is the supreme beings, no Thank - You! Interested in everybody's body from Germany to Mexico! My bun is in the oven , not German after World War 11. Interest yourself in your own Turkey! Happy Thanksgiving ! 2023 Good Day! Some kids are not even afraid of being mixed with German! The godfather took a walk around the block , German & Mexican !
