You know there's no other Got7 when you watched so many cover hard carry but none matched the level of energy that Got7's hard carry has.
I often feel the same thing. They have this swag that just belong to them (Got7). Although I'm happy that more groups start doing Got7 cover.

I do appreciate when idols are covering GOT7's songs. It's showing their respect toward GOT7 and we all know GOT7 deserve all the respect in this world.
GOT7 Hard Carry's choreography is one of the hardest if you go on the details of it all because of the fast beat, imagine singing and dancing at the same time. GOT7's originality is what makes them GOT7, they're one of the best performers in Kpop.
To be honest...Got7 deserves more..And we need to stop comparing them with BTS or EXO...We can put our bar's aside from that...Our boys are talented and we don't need to prove that...

I know that JJ Project is technically not #GOT7, but there are covers of Bounce and Tomorrow, Today also. Also I think Boystory did the best at covering Hard Carry. They were the closest to the energy needed for the song and dance.

I really appreciate these idols for putting that great effort and time to learn their choreo 🥰 I mean they won't waste their time to learn something they don't like or appreciate right? 😊
Listening to their version of the songs some things were missing and I think not having youngjae vocals in it made a big difference dont get me wrong the rest of got7 is AMAZING and the people singing his part are good too but I just think not having youngjae voice in some of the songs gives it a big different
And makes it feel like its lacking something like for example I cannot imagine youngjae not being in Fly or never ever yes jaebum or jinyoung can sing his part I just think it's not gonna be the same

I don't know why but GOT7 really has a different vibe when they dance, that's why when I watch dance covers, I keep on saying this is not it. Yes, they got the choreography but the way they dance is not executed, that certain pop is not there. I love their effort and they dance really well ^^ But GOT7 just has this way of dancing, sharp but smooth way like a natural. Not too sharp but not too smooth. There's a certain pop but it's not too much. So far I have seen only one dance cover that got it, she seriously got even the way they danced it! Moreover she's an Ahgase ^^

Hard Carry and Just Right were covered a lot but I feel that there was not enough energy, strong, charismatic and cute like original versions. Anw, glad to see idols chose our GOT7 songs to cover. I just wonder why no one choose You Are to cover, i love this song so much. Maybe GOT7's voices and choreography in this song is too hard to cover? 😅

The things is GOT7 has a lot of potential and their music is quite different from the normal ones. It's kinda hard to cover them because in my opinion when you try to cover it you have to keep your stability in both dancing and singing. Every time either their singing or dancing will be hard.
In Hardcarry, both are tough.
Eg : Having a stable falsetto voice like JY and at the same time dance with it is quite hard.
