Honeysuckle - "Shadow Dance" || Wallflower Wanderer

One of our favorite evenings last year was meeting up with Holly and Chris of "Honeysuckle" in Kingston, NY to record a couple of their songs. I first heard their music when I attended a house show of theirs at Tuscarora Records in PA. Hearing them perform, I was instantly blown away by their sound, and couldn't wait for an opportunity to collaborate with them. I'm so happy to showcase their talents here on the channel, performing their song, "Shadow Dance". Here's a few words from Holly about what inspired this piece:
“In the early days of the pandemic I was trying to cheer myself up at home any way I could and my favorite method became watching British TV shows like Bake Off and most importantly, The Repair Shop. It’s a delightful show where they repair well loved items which have often been handed down through a family. It made me think about my own life, legacy and yes, death as well as my own very well loved guitar (a high school graduation present made but the incredibly skilled luthier Joel Keefe Shoemaker).”
