I have to say I found the CupcakeJemma RUclips channel quite recently (even though I’ve been to C&D before - how did I not make the connection?!) and just want to say how much I absolutely love Cupcake Jemma/C&D/the whole gang and everything you guys stand for. You make baking so accessible for beginners and more advanced bakers in a non-assuming way and you are so generous with your time and ‘secrets’ even though you have your own bakery, I’ve learned so much watching your videos. The way you have transformed your business in this pandemic with the baking kits and merch is so clever but even then you don’t force your products onto anyone even in these difficult times - you give us all the ingredients and tips to be able to do it at home ourselves too. It’s such a joy to watch the videos as you are all so lovely and happy (and also because they are shot and edited amazingly!). As soon as the lockdown is over I cannot wait to visit C&D again xx

These are like a chocolate box selection item. Really easy to make and so delicious!. I used milky bar and bournville dark chocolate and they're nearly all gone. Everyone I shared them with for Eid loved them!

I recommend Nigella Lawson’s “Vanilla/Russian fudge” recipe. It’s soooooo good. I find it takes ages to boil to the right heat but it’s worth it. I make it every year at Christmas and get requests from people my mum‘s work colleagues to make more all year round

Baking is my hobbie so I'm pleased that even in lockdown your still doing videos! You really cheer me up, ONE DAY I WANT TO VISIT C&D! I particularly like the tour vids because I like food and those particular vids give me inspiration on what restaurant or bakery I would like to try next and next year instead of having a party I'm gonna do a tour of London Soho or other places in London or try different foods! Once again, you REALLY inspire me!
When it's not raining and I have the time to babysit real fudge that's what I do. I love real fudge. But, when I don't have the luxury: this is a good "cheatin" fudge to scarf up. Thanks for showing everyone this wonderful cheatin way to go for fudge. ♥️♥️♥️Y'all

1. line tin/dish/bowl 2. over a bain marie (a metal bowl that sits above a simmering pot of around an inch of water, bowl doesnt touch the water) add white chocolate + half a can (usually 400g, so use 200g for this part) of condensed milk + vanilla extract. 3. smash the cookies! 4. constantly stir until smooth and then add the cookies. stir quickly bc it'll set really quick. 5. dump into tin and smooth with a palette knife or back of spoon until level. leave it to cool and set for 2 hours 6. CHOCOLATE LAYER - add dark chocolate, butter and vanilla extract over bain marie until melted. 7. take it off the bain marie and stir in the other condensed milk portion 8. pour over the cookies and cream layer and set for an hour
Just made this recipe and it tastes so good!!! My reaction was the exact same when I took that first bite! I used Lotus Biscoff biscuits instead of Oreos. ❤️ In Love!!!
