Drac does move at 4.6 m/s which is average and his wolf actually moves at 4.4 m/s and can obtain thoses orbs to make him move a little faster. Could just be then animations.
Upcoming changes are decent, I know killer mains may be a little worried about survivor perk buffs, but it shouldnt chang too much, the killers design is great but he seems to be lacking in power compared to other killers. A tier design, B tier power. However his addons may make him stronger, i'll need more time to see
