I’m sorry you’re in pain! :( I recently did a long round of Chiro followed by PT to build back the muscles around the spine after a spinal injury and it helped a ton. I hope you feel better soon!

I love your Vlogs, Caelynn! Have you heard of Fascial Counterstrain? It’s a technique for solving body pain and it has made a MASSIVE difference in my life. I live almost completely pain free now. It’s a really new technique so it might be hard to find a practitioner but I would drive hours for a session personally! I hope if it’s meant to be that this comment will find you!
