    Ginataang tilapia recipe (popularized by Bicolanos) it is a Filipino fish stew made from fish and vegetables in coconut milk and other spices. So you will definitely like it.
    Ingredients:
    2 pieces fish (tilapia)
    2 cups coconut cream
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 medium onion (sliced)
    1 thumb size ginger (thinly sliced)
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 medium tomato (chopped)
    1 stalk green onion (optional and chopped)
    3 pieces green chilli
    3 pieces red chilli (optional)
    1 bunch petchay
    1 piece eggplant (sliced)
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking
    Steps:
    Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the fish. Set aside.
    Heat oil in another pan and add garlic, onions, ginger, green onions, pepper, and tomatoes. Sauté all the spices until tomato are slightly crushed. Add coconut cream and season with salt. Bring to boil and mix occasionally until the sauce is slightly thicker. Add green chilli and veggies, then simmer until it is lightly cooked. Add the fried fish and red chilli's and simmer until it is cooked. Serve with rice.
