2 Man Gatekeeper (Destiny 2 Vault of Glass)

Big key here was timing, simply making sure both of us were not in the portal for too long, as it will wipe if both people are in at the same time. Colony was found to be able to destroy the minotaur's shields without needing the relic at all, and not initially picking it up at the beginning allows the encounter to continue without needing the relic at all. Makes this encounter perfectly convenient to be able to 2-man.
