I just went to my previous orders to give ratings to riders but i am not able to. I just realised that when the food is very good we forgot to give ratings but when when some issue happens we get angry and give immediately 1star.
I always rate the delivery person 5 star. Even if the food is not upto the mark, it is not the mistake of the delivery guy. Sometimes the delivery guy is Little rude. Then also i try to understand their situation and rate them 5 star anyway. People should help others out in anyway they can.
