Super informative, thanks Dr Marx. If possible, could you shed some light on the new proposed Brics currency and how it may effect South Africa? They use economical jargon and it's so difficult to understand. If you deem it valuable to majority of your audience, it would be great to hear it from you. Thank you

Hi Money Marx, thank you very much for this informative video. I am a single 48 year old male, and at this age one have to seriously look at how i am going to retire one day.
And i am also very frustrated with myself as i still have a lot of debt, but i have planned to kill it all during this year, so hold thumbs for me ... 😜
So between you and Money Reimagined, you have really given me hope and something to go explore that could help me reach my goal.
Thank you all very much once again. I really do appreciate it immensely.

Hi Pieter, I'm a new subscriber but have watched all your shows. Thanks for all the excellent well presented info. Any chance of doing a show on your top picks for RA's and transferring RA's or provident funds to a preservation fund?

Not making upto a million before retirement is an unfulfilled retirement. I’m 54 and my wife is 50 . We are both retired with over $3million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on the FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early. Even till now, we earn weekly.

I must also give credit to Larysa Caba. She made all this possible through the great decisions she made with my portfolio.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.

Hi Pieter, thanks for the video, I have been testing easy property for the last 3 years , it is recommended that you hold for a minimum of 5 years , so I am on 3rd year now but so far it seems like the issue is selling your property shares is entirely based on auctioneers, so if most people want to buy your property for cheap than what is worth , you either give in or you have to try again next quarter , so far that is the issues for me

It sounds like that is just one of the risks from this type of investing. Good luck

Easy properties deals with private REIT's doesn't it?
Private REIT's are significantly harder to sell and you say yours is 3 years old? So you bought in during covid. 👀
Are you even making a gain?

@@zerog1037 it is a private REIT , I am currently I am at 20% returns , but my issue is that 20% is guaranteed since the final return will depend on the selling price

To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a weekly and monthly basis. That's the key to living a financially stable life. This trick has never failed. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life and put this basis to work and practice. Jessica Darrell have been a great manager, mentor and guide. Her support and advice has helped shaped my crypto trading career.
