You're an absolute legend. This method took a little practice to get right, but it got me my final challenge and the achievement I was missing in the end!
I couldn't believe it when I actually did it after about 30 - 45 minutes, maybe 47 minutes! Thank you! Some things to note: - There are a few measures to keep people from escaping on the right side from the big main house on top of the map. Very important. Exploding tank in the wheel barrow right on top of the stairs. Some exploding tanks on the left of the building to eliminate someone who wants to escape with the left snow mobile. And some (poorly visible) fuel tanks on the truck next to the right snow mobile to eliminate those. - Also, in order for Carlton Smith do his thing it is important to take another look at him once he's stood up. He must wave to you in order to start his sequence and go his way. Otherwise he'll stay in the room. Personally overlooked that for my first two or three tries. - I opened the main gate at approx. 13:30 and shot the lock at 13:00 minutes left just like in the video. - On the bottom right, after opening the main gate and starting the alarm, there is a prisoner fighting with a target person. Shoot the lamp above them. Worked for me everytime without being spotted while waiting for the other guys to align under the red star.
I was losing my mind. I knew you could rescue Smith but I didn’t know he could actually shoot let alone be used for this challenge. Took me 3 other guides but I finally got it 3rd try after finding yours. Thanks so much!
Took me SOOOO long to get this method working (well, 8 attempts or so, but I've never seen any other challenge be so inconsistent) but it's the only one I managed to get working after trying several others... I finally managed to get this one working on an attempt where I managed to get the timing of shooting the soviet star just right such that every target under it died, which gave me a lot more leeway in handling all the others since the alarm wasn't raised. Also of note, getting the icicle kill on that first guard is VERY inconsistent, half my attempts ended because the icicle landed literally on him but just went through him without hurting him at all.
Glad I left this until last because it has absolutely sapped all the fun from the game now. There is literally no pattern at all to the AI and some of the bodies that get spotted are just ridiculous. Yours is the best method I’ve found so far though so gonna keep at it!
Usually MrFreeze224’s guides do the trick, but this guide helped me out waaaayyy more than his on this challenge. This is a very safe route, even if things don’t go exactly as planned. Just get those main objectives up to the beginning of the riot done and you’re golden. Only took me two tries.
This really helped me get it! I ended up using a couple pieces of two other guides but I couldn't have done it without you! I finally got the level 20 sniper rifle today too, the 3x score multiplier was extremely helpful.
FINALLY got it. Many thanks to y'all! What helped me a little further was setting up all the electrical connections so I could get some help from the water barrels while also taking out any of the blue security guys to postpone evacuation as long as possible.
Thank you SOOO much for this, while my game ran things a bit differently (I got all targets standing beneath the star and the guard in the lower right end of the corner didn't die in the riots) this was an intense challenge, thank you for uploading this
Yeah especially telling us how Charles will help, which was useful because more died than I killed and killed w/ the environment & accidental kills. I didn't get it my first time, but I have no mobility in my fingers & hands b/c of my SCI, but I'm not giving up---I have two challenges left, including this one. A lot of the guides help me learn ideas of my own to complete missions in video games too. Makes my head feel sore from my brain swelling so much & so quickly by that time, though, LOL! But u gain more knowledge of the game's mission or the whole game when you end up completing missions like that.
Every time i try this the Warden isn't in the same position when he moves to go back indoors, i cant get all 5 targets because they go in the door at different times
Not thinking much of this challenge. Not really consistent with the spirit of these games, very random. Thanks for the video though. I guess I shouldn't criticise them for trying something different. It's a great level overall. Onto the Hentai port next.
I have literally done it three times, thanks to your guide @Hitman Series (You own btw) but it only gives me 16/17 for some reason so the challenge won't pop
Same here, girl! The last one had gone out too far to be killed by the environment or accidentally. A bunch of times, some of the Siberian tigers turn around & go back thru the prison, but not that time when everything was going so smoothly. And I could really tell that Charles Smith played a big part in helping me w/ kills & have such good timing, which made the game run smoothly. But after I finished w/ 16/17, & even though I didn't get my last target or any challenges, my score was almost 200,000 more than my 'personal best' (thanks to God, for everything happening as it does & answering my prayers & for the knowledge this short but sweet guide by the channel, 'Hitman Series' gave me)!! It made me really feel great even though I didn't get to complete the challenge. I'm not at but Level 14 towards earning the Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic silenced sniper rifle, & I lack this challenge & the pink mist one. We may not be able to complete this one yet or I may not be able to, but I learned a lot from it, & I obtained a much higher score than ever he first time through!.
I got halfway through the guide and had to restart due to bad timing. Now the first kill with the icicles just isn't registering at all. I literally see the icicles collide with him and he's still alive. Guess I'm giving up on this. -_-
Well the thing is, there are other ways to do this challenge without him(although more challenging)and since he’s part of a secret challenge they weren’t really expecting you to find him for this challenge.

Unfortunately playing this on hitman 3 the guard you use the icicle to kill early on refuses to die from it. I've done it at least 10 times now and it simply fazes through him and does no damage
@@ProspereOne yeah never worked for my while playing hitman 3 unfortunately. Haven't tried again in months though. I ended up doing my own sequence of kills to avoid using it.
@HitmanSeries Is there anything that you'd suggest to get done or do in a certain order or make certain we do before or after, etc., for this challenge to be completed? So, I just wanted to tell u a little about me so u know I'm not slow in any way mentally--just physically. I'm asking these questions because I have no mobility in my fingers & hands, but moving my wrist does a lot after getting therapy because of my accident where I injured my spinal cord. Having gotten that out of the way, it takes me longer to adjust the scope zoom in & out, & that sometimes gets me behind. I've thought that maybe I need to get higher leveled-up on the Duruzhina 34 ICA Arctic silenced sniper rifle than Level 14? Idk if this really makes a difference w/ other players who follow or get ideas from this guide, how advanced their sniper rifle is, but I think it does matter for me or it's worth it to wait instead of burning myself out on the whole mission. But any information from you will be helpful!!
Hi. First of all I am sorry to hear that you are in this condition. I'll be honest, I don't know how you could complete this challenge. Of all the clips I recorded for this challenge, this was the best, back then. Unfortunately, this mission tends to be quite random when the alarm goes off. What happened to me in this video might not always work for you, because of its randomness. Consider that you will have to trigger the alarm almost immediately, otherwise you will not be able to do certain things that I have shown in the video. This challenge requires speed and adaptation of the situation you have at the moment and moreover the targets must be killed only by accident or by the hands of others (for example Agent Smith). Maybe a high level sniper could help you shoot longer due to the increased magazines, fast reloads etc. The only advice I can give you is to bring the sniper to the maximum of level 20 (you will have to grind a lot) in order to have everything unlocked. Have you tried to hold 47's breath? When you hold it, the game slows down, allowing you to gain a few seconds on the target. Having said that, I can't advise you on what you could do before or after, because in addition to the fact that I hardly remember anything now, there can be so many approaches that even myself don't know. As I said before, this tutorial is perhaps the best version I uploaded. I tried to propose a solution that, at least, could make people understand how to move. You also need a little of luck, because as I said before, this mission tends to be random.
@@HitmanSeriesVideos Thanks! I completed the challenge a few minutes ago! And, I'm still @ level 14 w/ the D 34 ICA Arctic sniper rifle. I learned a bunch from this guide, Mr.Freeze's & Pagan-Run's (fat black cat from sweden I think) guides, & did my own strategy using pieces from all of your guides. I will try to get that challenge done over & over since my personal best score is 300,000+ better than what it was yesterday.
Unfortunately Colton doesn't help at all on the Hitman 3 verison guys. Just sits there with the rifle. Doesn't actually shoot anyone or anything. Bummer

His bullets don't count as 47's bullets so he can shoot targets no problem

As far as i know there are a lot of bugs on the legacy maps on hitman 3.
it works if you hit the exact right spot on the bottom of the door. The same spot as in the guide

that's probably why I am getting stuck at 16/17 targets. However, none of then escaped and none of them where shot by me. Yet, I get 16/17
