    The very reason why I would never purchase a home near water. Beach front property is lovely until a good storm.

      You are so right, the climate makes rivers/seas, etc, dangerous. A lot of people buy land near rivers because it looks pretty... but one day 💀

    The last time I tried to jog the beach, I was stopped by security guards telling me not to cross property lines....smh. stop nature nuh. Taking the beach from the locals is so wrong. Mother nature is Taking it back...Jah jah...

      Jah Jah know No security should stop you from walking the beach or jogging, sorry you had that experience.

      By law from the high water line up ten feet is public access. They can't say anything about anyone walking the beach.

    I saw something similar in St Lucia back in (I think) 2001...the beaches were smashed to bits, the sea went grey and loads of debris washed ashore

    Keep in mind a glacier the size of Rhode island broke off from south pole raising ocean waters & affecting wheather all over the planet.

      @@kamraze2692 in Grenada W.I. Grand Anse Beach is almost gone where they just built a brand new resort hotel silver sands a small coastal town of Soubise was vibrant up until a few years ago now everyone has been relocated because of severe coastal erosion

    What's all the excitement! This happens from time to time. A storm comes in and wash debris on the beach. The will beach will back after the storm.

      I was born in Lucea in 66. The beach comes and goes. It's right where it has been for a long time.

      @pwilki8631 I have been training on Negril beach since 1988 and the beach in some areas is definitely shrinking. But it's not just Jamaica but the entire planet
