Smart decision to put first fan over bed. If you can sleep well you can handle pretty much anything you need to do. You are doing such a good building job.
You never cease to amaze me, reminds me of when I was your age, I would tackle about anything and 99% of the time I was successful at what I attempted. Keep up the good work, stay strong, you are more amazing than you realize.
You should be very, very happy! You are "one smart gal". Nothing stopping you! I'm betting your Mother is very proud of you. Wishing you the best Jaylena. You certainly deserve it.
Girl get a mattress pad from Big Lot's or Target to keep your fancy new mattress covered and clean. You are impressive sweet girl! Love the build so far!💜
If you wire your fan to a 12 volt socket, you can run it from a power station (Jackery or Bluetti). You can always snip the cables and run them from a fuse box later if you want.
Yeah, I thought about doing that just temporarily, and I still might, but I’m just around the corner from installing the solar. So I’m still debating haha
Yass!! More bus progress! Excellent! For now, yes- a fan over the bed is the best route. Just make sure to install the 2nd one when you finish the shower.
Damn...that was easy. Think about putting some sealant around the seam where the fan inserts into the bracket that holds it to the roof. Good confidence building video. Thanks!
You are becoming quite the professional in rebuilding buses and vans, this could be an employment opportunity. So far, good install, now let's see if it keeps the rain out, lol.
Put a piece of Velcro on your remotes and hook them to your wall near your sink( when you hook up other fan) and the on you hooked up near your headboard so you won't lose them.
So happy for you and proud you can do all the work by yourself!! You said you were intimidated to install the fan - however are you read you watched you studiedYou go girl
You have such a great work ethic! Work hard....then take off time to relax...then back to work! Trying to balance while being productive... Way to go!!!!
Jaylena, you’re such a BADASS and I’m SO proud of you hunny !!! There is NOTHING you can’t do with power tools, and in life !!! Big love 💕✨👊🏼🙏🏼🔆🪔🧚🏽♀️🌹✨💕
Pleased to see the max fan install went good. It is always scary cutting a hole in body work and getting a good neat hole is the hardest part I think. You did an awesome job cutting a perfect opening for the max fan. Enjoy your weekend hope is not to hot though if your working on the bus. We been having quite a bit of sun here in the 🇬🇧 to but not as hot as we're you are though. Have a great weekend. 🙂🙂🙂
I know you don’t know me outside of RUclips so this probably won’t mean much to you but still gonna say it, I am so stinking proud of you girlie! You are crushing it!
Small tip for the next fan. Don't cut your first cut all the way through. Leave a small ¼ sliver in the middle of it and you won't have to use all that tape to hold the metal from falling. That metal is just thin enough that it doesn't take much to break that uncut sliver once all the other sides are cut.
You are doing an awesome job on the bus . Skylight and fan both look awesome ! Great job ! Don't forget to go back on the roof for your tools . You don't want a wet drill lol
Jaylena, girl you are triggering my ocd and making my left eye twitch, please put a dropcloth on that beautiful , new mattress. LOvE the projects, you make it look easy!
The one thing I need in Blossom. I'm thinking in the back window of one of her doors but not certain as yet. The ambulance doesnt have the flat, single layer roof a bus has... You've given me confidence to install myself. Thank you and great job
I’m deaf and can only “watch” you speak, however I’m amazed by your strength and your “I can do this” attitude! Love it… warm wishes from the East Coast… 💕 Hopefully some day your channel will cater to deaf people. Closed Captioning is awesome for us. You may receive more subscribers …… 😁 I’m still here supporting your dream though.
Great install Jaylena, although I was holding my breath a few times because you were so close to the edge at times, but you didn't fall! Yay!!! Take care!❤
After you get everything on the roof installed but prior to insulating & finishing out your ceiling, it might be a smart idea to add some rubber washers & nuts/locknuts to the inside of all those screws that attach the things to the roof. Just extra precaution to make sure they don’t loosen & back out causing leaks. Of course later on if you did need to remove any of those things from the roof then you’d have to be able to access the nuts so keep that in mind when finishing out the area around them on the inside.
@@thegoodtom1718 I'll bet the comment was about her NEW fan & window install, not about the Decades old screws that could still use a Leak*Rust Preventative on them.
Love it when we get feeling of accomplishment along with happy that a cut was right. That fan will definitely be helpful.
I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH YOU JAYLENA! YOH ARE DOING AN UNBELIEVABLE JOB! YOU ARE A STRONG WOMAN !
Smart decision to put first fan over bed. If you can sleep well you can handle pretty much anything you need to do. You are doing such a good building job.
You should be so proud of yourself. You’ve come a long way since the start of your first van. You have so much confidence in yourself now

@@LeaveHerWild Gotcha! I know I've had that debate multiple times "Is the temporary step worth it"
@@TheDawnofVanlife I feel like I have that debate more often than not lol
