Great Footage Man! sad those beautiful birds got retired
Beautiful! Thank you, Bjorn, for sharing this. Your videos during your SAS days used to be brilliant and generated so much goodwill for the airline and all those who made it work. Unfortunately, those in the board room were busy counting money and not goodwill towards the airline.
One of those curvature of the Earth take offs 🤣
SO great to see one of your videos from the SAS days!
That landing was Bregott! 👏
What a landing 😮
If you did it good you could feel first the aft boogie wheels touch, then the forward. Lower the nose, then the nose wheels. In crosswind from left you could feel aft left, forward left, aft right, forward right and then the nosewheels. Pretty amazing. 👍🏼😉
Wonderful takeoff, as low and heavy as it is.
Great view aswell, can't wait to join SAS.
Lovely!
This is awesome!
Love it ✈️✈️✈️💯❤️❤️
Which plane can fly as a new pilot
Something like a Piper PA28 or Cessna 150. Or an UL plane. 👍🏼😊
Är du tillbaka igen Björn?
Nej pensionerad, men hittade lite gopro filmer som aldrig publicerats. 😉
Have you ever flew the 340 to or from arlanda?
Yes, maybe once or twice. I was based in Copenhagen and the 340 flew the longest routes out of CPH, the A330 shorter ones. So normally A330 or A330E from Stockholm to New York or Chicago. Occationally to LA.
Okay but have you heard that the a340 flew tokyo to Kiruna for special times?
Helvete vad jag saknar dessa klipp 😥
Tack! 😉 Det kommer flera. 👍🏼
@@bjornpilot tack så mycket. Verkligen missar dessa A340...
500fpm on take off, heavy bird
254 passengers, 30 tons cargo. 🙂
@@bjornpilot 30 tonnes baggage or you carry “cargo” if there is space remaining?
I Norge benevnes dette gjerne som; "Toer uten styrmann." Hva sier du Bjørn?
Jo, så kan man säga. 👍🏼🙂
Not a very sporting climb out.....but it is an A340!
Can carry a much heavier load than a 2-engined plane, since it only has to consider a 25% thrust loss.
