Bang Chan is such a treasure. It's not an exaggeration to say that SKz are the way they are because of him. He set the example, he was the core that not only picked each member but held the team together and guided them to becoming who they are now. I think all of the members know that and that's one of the reasons they clearly love him so much. It's always heartwarming to see how deeply this group cares for each other. ❤

Thinking about how close we came to losing Lee Know and Felix...I don't think any of the guys regret Chan being hard on them when he needed to be. They're together now, and as strong as they are in part because of it.

Something I love about Bang Chan is that this habit of walking behind the members is also on his way of producing. When you take time to notice all the backing vocals, all the signature sounds, the record directing, and more, you realize his personality is written all over skz songs. And this doesn't take the spotlight, is actually behing another member's line or another sound to be emphasized. He's always there, holding the whole thing together, even from behind. Just like when they're walking.

The part where he had to describe himself was the most heart-wrenching for me because I would probably have said the same things about myself a couple of years ago... Therapy really helped, and I hope he's allowing himself to go through that process with a professional because they're the only ones that can dismantle certain believes about ourselves that have been ingrained in our brains for so long, that we can no longer distinguish if they are true or we're just mistreating ourselves for no reason. @@naieen333 Yeah, he worries me too sometimes. I mean, I'm really glad that he's honest with us and tells us how he really feels but I really hope someone is helping him out. Being a sensitive person can be really tough for your mental health. You tend to be hard on yourself to keep all your emotions under control instead of being as patient and kind with yourself as you are with everyone else. It takes time but I'm sure Chris will get there 😊

I truly love Bangchan not only for his leadership but the honesty he has with himself. He's always pushing himself to do better for his members and stays. But overall, I think like other stays we do hope Channie realizes how thankful we are to have him. He is truly our sunshine and motivation to keep working hard and to love those around us. I know that one day he will truly love and see himself the way his fans do because it's what he deserves. He tries so hard to not be a burden to others but even in his small moments of weakness that we witness it truly just shows hes human like the rest of us. I will continue to support him and skz because they have worked so hard to be where they are now. I love how genuine they are in these, they don't try to hide that things aren't always perfect, and that's how you know that they are being honest with their affection for each other.
If anything this series shows how good everyone in Stray Kids are at accepting one another as they are. And yet somehow feeling the need to improve themselves on all accounts one by one. I do however think that's the only way to cope with the idol industry: if you start thinking you've reached the goal you'll stagnate. It's also important not to set goals by numbers, but by what you as an individual in a group can change/improve/add. So it's not a bad thing concerning their profession. THAT SAID, I still wish I could shower each one of them in compliments until my version of reality becomes truth in their stubborn brains. But, oh well. They have one another. I trust them to keep each other well and safe!

Bang Chan is such a treasure. It's not an exaggeration to say that SKz are the way they are because of him. He set the example, he was the core that not only picked each member but held the team together and guided them to becoming who they are now. Thinking about how close we came to losing Lee Know and Felix...I don't think any of the guys regret Chan being hard on them when he needed to be. They're together now, and as strong as they are in part because of it.

Something I love about Bang Chan is that this habit of walking behind the members is also on his way of producing. When you take time to notice all the backing vocals, all the signature sounds, the record directing, and more, you realize his personality is written all over skz songs. And this doesn't take the spotlight, is actually behing another member's line or another sound to be emphasized. He's always there, holding the whole thing together, even from behind. Just like when they're walking.

Being a sensitive person can be really tough for your mental health. You tend to be hard on yourself to keep all your emotions under control instead of being as patient and kind with yourself as you are with everyone else. It takes time but I'm sure Chris will get there 😊

I truly love Bangchan not only for his leadership but the honesty he has with himself. He's always pushing himself to do better for his members and stays. But overall, I think like other stays we do hope Channie realizes how thankful we are to have him. He is truly our sunshine and motivation to keep working hard and to love those around us. I know that one day he will truly love and see himself the way his fans do because it's what he deserves. He tries so hard to not be a burden to others but even in his small moments of weakness that we witness it truly just shows hes human like the rest of us. If anything this series shows how good everyone in Stray Kids are at accepting one another as they are. And yet somehow feeling the need to improve themselves on all accounts one by one. I do however think that's the only way to cope with the idol industry: if you start thinking you've reached the goal you'll stagnate. It's also important not to set goals by numbers, but by what you as an individual in a group can change/improve/add. So it's not a bad thing concerning their profession. THAT SAID, I still wish I could shower each one of them in compliments until my version of reality becomes truth in their stubborn brains. But, oh well. They have one another. I trust them to keep each other well and safe!
