@@Vexsios it regens health because it becomes a different entity. I noticed when people die to it while it crawls death message says "killed by Anomaly Attack Crawl" so I figured why it couldn't die
@@JustTBGyes if you look at all the entities the mod adds, you can see that there is a anomaly_behind, anomaly_shadow_stalker, anomaly_trap and I think three more with attack or something

I suggest you to use slabs in the floor or cover your house with slabs next time so no entity can spawn next to you or your bed.
