My signal strength is nothing to right home about. As it is now the antenna power is OFF, the channel ontop is 25 and that has no strength and quality. But when I tune the channel to 33 everything became full and well strengthen but immediately I exit it will go back to to the initial 25 that has no strength and quality. I av even tried to ON the antenna power so that I can save it yet it's not working.... What should I do next

Check the cable at the back of the decoder and adjust the antenna pole to get a stable signal.

I haven’t been home for the past 3 months,just got back,but notice there was no signal at all,so I decided to reset the router but lost all the channels,signal strength and quality both zero,no Channel found also,what can I do?

Connect the signal cable at the back of the decoder well and Run an Auto scan once again. If there's no positive outcome, adjust the antenna a bit and scan again, repeat till you get the channels.

Remove the F- Connector (the pin on the Antenna cable) make sure the foil shield is not touching the main conductor.
