Wow, the upper lake is sure dirty! After yesterday’s rain, I’m guessing it will get worse. Muddy water should warm up and push them shallow quicker, so that’s encouraging. The area you’re fishing around Spiers is shallow. I have a club tournament next weekend. After 3 or 4 warm days this week, another cold front will come in for the weekend. I hope to focus on the northwest corner of the lower lake (I’ve seen you fish those areas before). Fish usually move up there earlier than upper lake. I’m hoping the dirty water will push them to the bank. Cold front will probably have them tight to cover next Saturday. Thanks David! I hope to see you out there one day. I was on Cooper River January 21st. NE wind and it was tough!
I haven’t been up there for a couple weeks. Things are changing fast. I would just fish what looks good! They should be getting ready to do their thing!
Sorry it’s been so frustrating. Last weekend I caught 21 over 2 days, and only 2 were keepers 🤦♂️. She’s been stingy. What map card do you use? Lakemaster seems to be really good on the lower lake.
Hey, I have not been there in a while. I would suggest any creek channels next to the open bays. There will be a lot of eel grass, so keep that in mind. Trees always play, but depending on how the grass is doin, I think that might be a better bet.
Iam a local and love your videos. Iam a rookie and learn alot thanks
Thank you Jason! I hope to see you out there!
This is cool! 👍
