We all love it when a groom sees his bride for the first time on their wedding day. We love it so much around here that we couldn't help but put together our best first look groom reactions into a compilation for the year.
For those of you that don't know, a first look is when the groom gets to see the bride before the ceremony. The first look is usually accompanied by some huge reactions. The moment they have all been waiting for, to see the bride, is right there. The groom turns around, and gets to see his bride for the first time.
This year, at Redeemed Productions, we had so many couples do a first look, that we decided to put together a compilation of our best first look groom reactions of the year. I thought my husband was going to react like these men when he first saw me on our wedding day. He didn’t. He just looked at me, said absolutely nothing and showed no emotion. I think the atmosphere of privacy was created here where the two of them could meet each other without one lookers. The marriage ceremony is very stressful for most bride and grooms to express their love intimately.

Seeing the bride as she comes down the aisle was a tradition from the old days, when daughters were married off to men who didn't get to see them until the end of the aisle. Also why girls used to put veils over their face. NOT a tradition I would want carried through on my day... Yikes.
Alohilani Zapata I understand your thoughts. I’ve always heard that also. Although, I don’t believe in ‘luck’. I believe in blessings and curses. I do not think it would be a curse on a wedding day to see the bride before wedding begins. However, I don’t want my future husband to see me beforehand. I want when I walk down the aisle to him in the church to be the first time he sees me that day. There’s just something so sweet about that to me. I do not knock anyone’s first look (not saying that you are) before their wedding if that is their choice. It’s all sweet. I love these mushy videos. They make me so happy.🥰

it depends on the couple, sometimes a simple dress can fit so perfect it glows
I spent more on my dress than I originally planned but I fell in love with it. I'm getting married once. He is my soulmate. And I want to look back on the whole experience and be happy with it. All I will say is get a dress that you feel stunning in. You have to be head over heels for it. Everyone else will follow.

Unrealistic expectations. My husband didn't cry. He never cries but he would die for me. A man is not so sentimental, only the pressure makes these man cry, or maybe they are not too manly.

They are not able to. They are not insensitive, but they are typical men. Ok, there are more sensitive men, maybe it was rude to say they are not manly. But I think they are a little bit gentler than a usual man. And about the pressure. I don't say they marry under pressure, but those days are very stressful, I speak about the pressure of time, to be ready with everything, and everything to go fine.

@@drshansani9339 When I was young I had so big expectations, when he didn't reacted so, I was disappointed. I had guys near me, who were more gentle, and reacted as I expected. Most of those guys were unfaithful, lazy, etc. My husband made me many times disappointed. He brought only a few times flowers, he is not romantic at all. But, he loves me. We are together for a long time, and when he looks at me, his eyes are shining. I' m not so beautiful as before my 3 children was born. But his eyes are shining the same way.
