I’ve got a whole bunch of fragrances from Dossier, mainly because that’s what I can afford. There are definitely some winners in their collection, but Bleu was one of the only scents I considered returning. Muddled is exactly the right descriptor. It doesn’t smell bad, just…muddled.
Now clones of the three fragrances are way more than what I have. I really wanna see how close they are to the OG ( 1st: BDC clone, 2nd: sauvage clone)

I also recently purchased the armaf craze clone of parfum de Marley Layton because of your review. Both craze and insurrection pure 2 sport are in my permanent rotation as I can't really afford parfum de Marley or aventus cologne. Heck I can't really afford the chanel homme allure sport in the silver can either which I plan on purchasing at some point because of the similarities to aventus cologne.
Now I wanna know what the real Chanel smells like because I enjoyed the Dossier version but have to layer it for it to last. I know that Dossier is much cheaper with the discounts. I get 20% when I buy 5, an additional 10% off at checkout, and then on your next order, you get 10% credit (of the value of the previous order) in addition to those discounts. On top of that, I believe that you can try it for a month and then send it back (they pay return shipping) if you don't like it for a refund or an exchange.
Another couple brands I see advertised a whole bunch on Facebook are Hawthorne and Ranger Station. I love Hawthorne, but haven't actually tried Ranger Station. Would love to see you review either of those.

My daughter bought me the Musky Oakmoss. I’ve never smelled Aventus. I find it hard to shell out that kind of money. I do have Mancera Cedrat Boise which is fantastic. The Dossier reminds of the Mancera.

there are soooo many clones of Aventus and being honest every clone misses the magic about Aventus, close ones are like 95% but the 5% missing makes such a difference..
I can second what Fall Guy said. Especially if you get the Cdnim limited edition. I'd take it over Aventus all day, everyday.. even if the Aventus bottle was being offered to me for the same price.

I bought Aqua Di Gio, Aventus and Bleu De Chanel from Dossier. I would definitely say that Aventus was the best one. Never purchased Creed but have Club De Nuit. I will say that the CDN by armaf is a wayyyy better choice than the Dossier 10000%. BDC clone smells ok but smells nothing like the real thing and the Aqua di gio clone smells somewhat similar but doesn't smell like the original at all.
So I came across the santal 33 and br540 clones and they smell very similar to me. Longevity is pretty much eternal. I sprayed them on my wrists and my jacket got in the way a little bit. Now every time I put my jacket on I still smell them
I’m interested in what your opinion of some of they’re other inspired fragrances are. For example they’re take on Tabaco Vanille,Bacarat 540, and Killian Straight to Heaven.

I purchased the tom ford, creed and Versace inspired from Dossier. They all smell really great, however, I am sending them all bach because neither one of them last longer than 2 hours. I think I'll stick to originals. Everything is on point except one of the main needs which is how long it last. 5/10 for me

longevity is poor. But of their clones the savuage and YSL Y clones are the best performing

I have several Dossier fragrances and they have been really nice. Their "magic" is in the dry down.
Is it a long lasting scent? Does it last more than 4 hours?

Bleu de Chanel, the original fragrance, doesn't last all that long either.

I bought Aqua Di Gio, Aventus and Bleu De Chanel from Dossier. I would definitely say that Aventus was the best one. Never purchased Creed but have Club De Nuit. I will say that the CDN by armaf is a wayyyy better choice than the Dossier 10000%. BDC clone smells ok but smells nothing like the real thing and the Aqua di gio clone smells somewhat similar but doesn't smell like the original at all.
That's the problem, that they say they do inspirations, not clones. You are not going to get the same smell ever.

So I came across the santal 33 and br540 clones and they smell very similar to me. Longevity is pretty much eternal. I sprayed them on my wrists and my jacket got in the way a little bit. Now every time I put my jacket on I still smell them
I’m interested in what your opinion of some of they’re other inspired fragrances are. For example they’re take on Tabaco Vanille,Bacarat 540, and Killian Straight to Heaven.
I bet that for some folks, they could add up all they have spent on Aventus clones, they could have bought one, maybe 2 or 3 bottles of Aventus. For the giveaway, I would pick the Sauvage clone number 1 and the Aventus clone number 2. Thanks for all you do for the fragcom Ash!

I purchased the tom ford, creed and Versace inspired from Dossier. They all smell really great, however, I am sending them all bach because neither one of them last longer than 2 hours. I think I'll stick to originals. Everything is on point except one of the main needs which is how long it last. 5/10 for me
