Thank you for sharing this. I always love Tiramisu. I live in New Zealand, however, I shall tour around England and Scotland in July and August this year. I will try the Tiramisu from M&S and Aldi. Keep up the good work.
Sorry， tried before., very disappointing. Waitrose one according to my definition and the nature of tiramisu, I can say that it was one of the worst from my point of view. It is too wet and mushy, Marsala wine is too much and strong that it kills the flavour of other ingredients. It only gives strong taste of Masala wine to trick u and other ppl that they are good. But indeed, as a professional point of view, what we are looking for is balance . So I will give it very low mark I am also wondering if the Waitrose and Tesco one are from the same OEM food factory coz their taste and texture are very similar.
@@yourKitMak ah really? I always go with Aldi’s and Waitrose. I tried a M&S one which was too wet in the base and the texture was weird. It wasn’t alike what you had in the video. I guess it really depends on the batch of the product! Thanks for sharing Kit! A nice video!!

純粹製作夠唔夠細心和水準。製作單位有冇重視過味道嘅層次和口感。因為餅底有乾有濕，酒和咖啡嘅份量都要準確。
馬莎咁多年，都做到這個餅底有濕有乾的水準，並不是巧合的

咁未就係唔好食囉！我在大學時期既意大利甜品大師，教我地最大忌既濕淋淋。
