2.62lac Kms is not less by any means. I have seen an Indica that has done 350000 kms that was with an Uber driver and the car was doing absolutely fine with even ac cooling perfectly. It's all about the owner how they maintain. Okay I feel TATA's recent generation cars have a perfect steering size and pleasure to hold.

My family's first car. My family had got the v2 1.4 liter diesel and had like shiffon purple blueish colour. Ahhh the indica, the car I grew up around. The car that me and my family dearly loved and what started my passion for cars. Xtremely reliable and my family was dependent on it for any sort of traveling like groceries to long trips and took well care of us. Had many memories with it and truly miss it now that it's sold. Good times man, just the good times. Just shows how many households have been modernized and revolutionized to a car status by an indica. True marvel of Indian engineering and a gem of a car, n India's automotive pride.

when it was launched it had the best interiors and best quality at that time there was santro , maruti800 , zen , fiat uno so acc to me it was better then that time and yes ac was also good and we had the 2002 dlx version man the torque on this car was amazing as my hometown was in himachal and at that time the roads were not that great too but this car managed everything wether carrying heavy loads or going off road withought any single failure and if u sit in any car after sitting in indica u will feel the difference the space it offered was tremendous at that time too and it was the only car which was not discountinued till recent years...

Oh man this reminds me of my salsa red beauty. 2008 Indica v2 xeta is the car in which car I learned to drive, did stupid things with pals and had my first kiss. Goodtimes!

      @@furiousninja133 yeah man.
Accessories and mods do screw up cars.
Even this car had downpipes and it became too loud for comfort..
As well as mileage got messed up.

My dad own a first gen indica which was about 2003 model and it was known as indica DLS this is the first gen indica which had an power steering and it was light to use .
I think the one you are driving is the second gen with a tachometer .
And that one is the base variant

The fact that this 1998 car could clock beyond 120 kmph without breaking a sweat when anything below 5 lakh would start sweating at even 70 kmph sums up how good this car used to be. ❤❤❤

I have a 2010 December Maruti Zen Estilo (Company fitted CNG model) with 238837 kms on it. No issues till now. Still going strong. Every car can munch those kms and even more. It's just how the car is kept. That's all.
