I'm going out on a limb and saying the red flag might be the 30 year age gap between Noah and Dominic. Why is a 54 year old chasing a 24 year old? Not for a good reason.
To me, the family dynamic is pretty messed up and both daughters were/are parentified, they just handle it differently. While Miley has this sunshine energy, life of the party kind of vibe, Noah seems more straight to the point/black sheep of the family. I love both of them and their music. I hope they can heal because having immature parents is really painful/annoying.

As a fellow Capricorn I feel for Noah. Being parentified at a young age can have you looking out for your parents practically all your life. Probably the main reason Noah is so worried is because whatever the parents do will affect them and they are going to be the ones to carry the burden. I truly wouldn't be surprised if Noah at one point just has enough and leaves her family with no way of them contacting her. As a fellow Capricorn who also was parentified at a young age.
