This was written by very skilled and talented writers. Its a Muslim Brothers fantasy series. Erdogrul is a composite of Prophet Mohammed, Jesus, Moses and others. Its a Greek Epic play.
I am Christian, and I love Ertugal and this show . I watched it eight times and will watch it again.

Wow just amazing. As a New Zealander I felt so bad for what happened here and wanted to find out more about what being a Muslim was and meant. I watched Dirillis Ertugrul and loved every single show. I was so disappointed when it finished and am hoping to watch Orman as well. In the mean time have started watching Yunnis Emre. For me education is the key to learning not to fear something that we don't know. I know that Ertugrul was not 100% historically correct but.. I opened my mind and heart. Just beautiful and thank you
I have watched all of Yunis Emre and it was the most beautiful thing I have seen. Made me cry, laugh, smile and listen to the story of a man's journey to Allah. I want to find out more, I guess you could say that I am hungry for knowledge
That’s great, good luck in your quest :). Television shows are naturally quite limited, nevertheless I hope they encourage you to broaden your research to other areas too. The Yunus Emre series is good for that because it is not about external conquest but rather the more important internal conquest of the soul over its whims.

Binge watched all 5 seasons and throughly enjoyed it.. Fabulous costumes,locations,fighting scenes all the cast and crew deserve the highest accolade for their contribution to the series. The theme and narrative still prevalent in our society especially what's happening around the middle East and Israel and other nations now.. technology has advanced but people still face the same struggles when it comes to faith and amassing wealth and the way religion is still used to fuel battle and politics. If only everyone followed the path set out by Allah than there would be true peace on Earth!

I simply love the music. A very interesting series. Mankind had suffered all through the years. It is sad that over the years they have learnt to hate more than love. All religions preach good but some find it so hard to practise it. Allah SWT has blessed us with everything. Though our skin colour is different, we speak different languages, but our bodies are the same in structure and our blood is the same colour. Yah Allah please make mankind love one another and live in peace and harmony. Ameen.

After so many seasons of watcing Ertugrul, which naturally led me to Osman, Buyuk Selcuklu, Abdul Quadir Gilani, Destan, Barbaroslar, and now Sallahudin and Mevlana, I DO understand a lot of Turkish now! I didn't know a single word of Turkish before I discovered Ertugrul a decade ago.
